The table is a very useful tool to share anything like a short story such as to show the difference, description etc. In WordPress, you can’t find any ‘table insert’ option on your dashboard like media, link, post etc. In this article, I will show you how to add tables in WordPress by using just a simple WordPress plugin.
At first, you have to install the TablePress WordPress plugin on your dashboard. If you don’t have any idea about plugin installation then you can follow our three methods to install the WordPress plugin.
After installation, activate the plugin and go to the TablePress menu on your WordPress dashboard section to customize it. You will see the TablePress dashboard there as below’s picture with a huge amount to its features.
TablePress provides many features such as,
- Add a new table with any column & row numbers and a huge amount of customization such as table name, description etc. You can add the table in any post or page with its shortcode like [table “ltIDgt” not found /]
- Import table of others from CSV, HTML, JSON, XLS, XLSX types of file.
- You can export any table from TablePress easily by going to the Export section.
